Focus Leader: CHAD SLOAN
Chad has 11 years of experience in leading and equipping teams through multi-site and multi-venue implementation in both in both portable and permanent locations. As a Pastor of Growth and Development, he's led teams that have launched six regional campuses and venues. Chad has served as a Campus Pastor at four locations, including at a central broadcast campus. At AEI, Chad is a Pastor and Senior Strategist for Multi-Site Development.
Chad's strengths are in knowing and understanding launch sequence and implementation, from Campus Pastor recruitment to location acquisition, training and procurement. He is passionate about helping churches create campus environments where people can take their next steps in knowing and following Christ!
