John Gibson
John Gibson is a Pastor and Senior Strategiest for The AEI Team. John also currently serves as the Executive Project Leader for a large multi-site church, and oversees all special projects for the church in the areas of Financial Stewardship, Growth and Development, Campus Processes, Church Strategy and Operations. John has served in the development, leadership and launch of a variety of ministries including, Neighborhood Campuses, Regional Campus Ministries, Global and Online Ministries and a Culture of Generosity.
John is also a certified Senior Consultant with INJOY Stewardship Solutions which is an organization founded by John Maxwell to partner with churches that lead them to fully fund the vision that God has given their church. John's passion is reaching the lost, financial stewardship, leadership, discipleship, process development and operations.
Alicia Gibson
Alicia is a Senior Strategist for Outreach Strategy and Church Benefits for AEI. Nationally recognized in the field of Risk Management, Alicia shifted her focus eight years ago from Corporate America to the Church. Over those past eight years, Alicia has worked to grow and lead teams of hundreds of volunteers while shepherding the outreach and local missions strategy across multiple campuses.
Alicia’s passion is in assisting organizations in the building and implementation of outreach strategies. Her work is rooted in the desire to see God’s Commission lived out by the Church. Her experience helps ministries keep focused on real practical ways the church can impact lives, both locally and globally.
Brooklyn Madding
Brooklyn serves at AEI as a Senior Strategist for Communications. As a Communications Director for 10 years, she understands all the complexities that make up life in a modern ministry, and has expertise in helping cut through the clutter to focus communications on what really matters. Her background and expertise in graphic design means that she is experienced in how the look and feel of communications help shape the message people see and hear.
Her specialization is in communications strategy, project leadership, print production and ministry branding. Brooklyn's passion lies in helping ministries learn how to take a complex project from start to finish, as they see their ideas come to life.
Chad Sloan
Chad has 11 years of experience in leading and equipping teams through multi-site and multi-venue implementation in both portable and permanent locations. As a Pastor of Growth and Development, he's led teams that have launched six regional campuses and venues. Chad has served as a Campus Pastor at four locations, including at a central broadcast campus. At AEI, Chad is a Pastor and Senior Strategist for Multi-Site Development.
Chad's strengths are in knowing and understanding launch sequence and implementation, from Campus Pastor recruitment to location acquisition, training and procurement. He is passionate about helping churches create campus environments where people can take their next steps in knowing and following Christ!
