We’ll explore and make a plan for your church’s next steps. Our work together will help you hone in on both the bigger picture of what your ministry is all about, and lay out practical actions as you structure for what’s next.

Test the Mission

We’ll start together by finding your Beacon Score, a holistic look at your mission, and where your team sits in each of our focus areas. Then we’ll go through this score together to assess where your team is thriving, and what areas need strengthening.

Re-Evaluate the Outcomes

Are your outcomes in alignment with your mission and vision? We’ll go beyond relying on anecdotes and feelings to assess your effectiveness with hard data, and help you set up a plan for regularly checking in with these data points, keeping your work on track with your mission.

Inspect Culture

How is your organizational culture supporting the work your team is focused on? Clarity of culture starts at the top and flows down through your staff and volunteer team members. We’ll take a look together at your weekend services and how your mission and values are being put into practice.

Build Structure

The best plans come with structure built in. We’ll hone in on the key focus areas for your organization and build a structure and process with you to support growth and effectiveness in those areas. Your team will also have the ability to connect with additional key resources and strategists in the areas where your team would benefit from practical help and experience.

Overcome Obstacles to Change

Growth is exciting, but it’s not always easy. Without focus, the best plans can get sidetracked by the day to day challenges that are part and parcel of ministry. We’ll pinpoint obstacles that your team is likely to face as you implement changes, and set proactive strategies to overcome them.

Set Goals and Expectations

Finally, we’ll set up checkpoints for your team that will help you stay in alignment with your mission, values and goals. You’ll be prepared to set expectations for next steps and communicate them effectively as you drive towards the future.
