Serving your church family is a priority, but our directive extends to the poor, the widowed and the orphaned. How you serve the "least of these" defines who you are and who you represent as a church. People in your church want to know that their church cares, and that it is making a difference in the lives of people locally and globally. The AEI Team will help you find operational clarity around local partnerships and global missions strategy. We’ll work with you on a structure and process that will realign your ministry to the heart of Jesus. We’ll give you real tools for building bridges to partner with local schools, non-profits, global receiving churches, child sponsorships organizations and even help you with partnering with Christ-centered churches abroad. Focus Leader: ALICIA GIBSON
Alicia is a Senior Strategist for Outreach Strategy and Church Benefits for AEI. Nationally recognized in the field of Risk Management, Alicia shifted her focus eight years ago from Corporate America to the Church. Over those past eight years, Alicia has worked to grow and lead teams of hundreds of volunteers while shepherding the outreach and local missions strategy across multiple campuses.
Alicia’s passion is in assisting organizations in the building and implementation of outreach strategies. Her work is rooted in the desire to see God’s Commission lived out by the Church. Her experience helps ministries keep focused on real practical ways the church can impact lives, both locally and globally.
